En la ayuda de blogger pone como es, pero vaya, a la derecha de el video en youtube te sale un cuadradito con cuatro cosas, una que pone direct link y otra que pone embled o algo asi, tienes que copiar la de abao (embled).
Luego en la edicion de la entrada, pones redactar como html o como sea (lo que no es la forma normal vaya) y le das a pegar y listo!

esque no es un blog en el que cada entrada sea un capitulo de un libro ni querramos entrar en la RAE aún asi intentare seguir el consejo, que tu entiendes de esto
